As stated in the Terms and Conditions of Trade account agreement Vesta Electrical Suppliers is under no obligation to accept the return of goods supplied. Goods supplied in accordance with the Buyer’s order can only be returned with the express approval of Vesta Electrical Suppliers.

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
  • A Visually check of the product is the same as the one supplied.
  • Products eligible for returns and refunds must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Requests to return goods must be submitted in writing within 10 days from the date of supply.
  1. Exclusions:
  • The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
    • Clearance or sale items
    • Customized or special-order products
    • Items marked as final sale
    • List of nonrefundable products
  • Cables Cuts, Control Gear, Trunking, CCTV / Alarm Kit, Trade Seal, Tools.
  1. How to Initiate a Return or Refund:
  • To initiate a return or refund, please visit the to the Vesta Electrical Suppliers branch that the product was Purchased from.
    • Where goods are accepted for credit, they must be delivered at the Buyer’s expense at Vesta Electrical Suppliers branch from where they were purchased in original condition and packaging
  • Bring along the original receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the process.
  • No physical cash refunds are allowed.
  1. Inspection and Approval:
  • Upon receiving your returned item, our staff will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
  • If the item passes inspection, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
  1. Refund Options:
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • If the original form of payment is unavailable (e.g., credit card expired), a store credit will be issued.
  1. Refund Processing Time:
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  1. Restocking Fee:
  • A restocking fee may apply to certain returns may be up to 20%, especially for large or specialized items. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Any Local Products May Cost extra, this could also include Freight fees.
  • If the product was sold with a quantity breakdown price a full quantity breakdown refund Will occur, and a separate charged invoice of the product taken is charged with the pricing according to the system.
  1. Manufacturer Defects:
  • If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
  1. Online Purchases:
  • For returns or refunds on online purchases, please contact our customer service team for instructions on how to proceed.
  1. Exceptions and Discretion:
  • In certain circumstances, exceptions to our policy may be made at the discretion of the branch manager or customer service team.
